• Live Attendance is the “on-site right now” view of your Attendance register.

• It updates as workers check in and check out, so your on-site list stays current.

When you’ll use this

• Before or during an evacuation drill or emergency, to confirm who is on the jobsite.

• During the day, check manpower counts and confirm which trade partners are currently on-site.

• When someone says they are on-site (or off-site) and you need to verify quickly.

Note

• If someone is on-site, they’ll show a sign-in time, but no sign-out time yet.

• The on-site counter shows how many people are currently checked in.

On-site count looks wrong

What to check

• Confirm the on-site filter is turned on.

• Clear any other filters (date range, company, site) that might be narrowing results.

What to do

• Turn On site on, then remove extra filters and refresh the page.

Someone shows as still on-site, but they have already left

• Look for a missing check-out time (the person may not have checked out).

• Check whether the person has multiple attendance sessions (for example, left and returned).
