Sites Overview

The Sites Overview (also known as the Sites Register) displays all sites your organisation has access to. Use this page to find a site quickly and open Manage Site to update settings such as QR codes, location rules, templates, and other site configurations.

What this means

  • The Sites Overview is the master list of job sites in Breadcrumb.

  • From here, you can open a site, manage it, and (when needed) switch between real sites and site templates.

When you’ll use this

  • When you need to find a site quickly to download the QR code poster
  • When you need to confirm whether a site is active/inactive
  • When setting up new sites from a template (common in US rollouts)

Common Issues

I can’t see a site in the list

What to check

  • The Active-only filter may be hiding inactive sites

What to do

  • Turn off the Active-only filter and search again

I’m seeing duplicates (often Procore-related)

What to check

  • Procore project IDs/site references can change and cause a “new” site to appear

What to do

  • Confirm which site is the active one being used, then deactivate the duplicate and align the site reference if needed (internal process)

I’m editing the wrong thing (template vs real site)

What to check

  • You might be in Templates view rather than Sites view

What to do

  • Switch back to Sites view before downloading QR posters or troubleshooting a live job site

Why this matters

  • The Sites Overview is the fastest route to the settings that drive check-in behavior and QR poster generation
  • Using templates correctly keeps US rollouts consistent across many job sites

Need help?

If you’re not sure whether you should update the live site or the site template, check with your foreman or GC site team on whether the change should apply to one jobsite only, or to every new jobsite created going forward.
