Scope: You can only add crew members from your own supplier who have previously checked in on this site.

Check-out: Workers checked in by a foreman can still check out themselves, or the foreman can check them out.
Troubleshooting

“Add Crew” button not showing

You must be assigned as a foreman for your supplier on this site. Ask your Site Host to confirm.

Worker not appearing in the list

They must have completed an orientation and checked in at least once before under your company on this site.

Ensure their mobile number is correctly linked to their profile.
