Add or Remove Worker From Crew Mid-Shift

Use this feature to keep your attendance records accurate when crew members join late, leave early, or when workforce changes occur after check-in.

What this means

  • “Crew” is the list of workers you’re checking in or checking out together as a foreman.

  • You can remove someone from your crew list so they don’t get checked out with the rest of the group.

  • Use the Crew Management tile to check in people throughout the day.

When you’ll use this

  • A worker leaves the jobsite before the rest of the crew.

  • A worker stays onsite while you’re checking the rest of the crew out.

  • Your crew list is pre-filled, and you need to adjust it before submitting.

Common issues

Crew Management tile not showing

What to do

  • Make sure you’ve been allocated as a foreman for your company on that site. Ask the Site Host/GC site team to confirm.

Worker not showing in my list

What to do

  • They may not be checked in under your company on that site, or they may not have previously checked in (some lists only show workers who have checked in before).

I need to ADD someone mid-shift

What to do

  • In many setups, Add Crew is used during the check-in flow. If you’ve already checked in, have the worker check in themselves (or have the Site Host check them in) if you don’t see a way to add them from your current screen.

Why this matters

  • Keeps your attendance accurate for the jobsite.

  • Prevents accidentally checking out someone who is still working onsite.

Need help?

If you can’t adjust the crew list, contact your foreman lead or your GC site team to confirm you’re assigned correctly and that the worker is connected to the right company on that site.
