Call a Worker on Site
Need to reach a worker on site? Attendance gives you a live view of everyone currently checked in. Simply open the worker's profile to access their contact details and call them directly.
What this means
-
“On-site” workers appear in Attendance (live list) for the site.
-
A worker’s contact details live on their user profile (User Directory/worker profile).
When you’ll use this
- You need to locate someone for a safety check, permit, or briefing
- You need to confirm a worker’s status before they start work
Step-by-step
Common Issues
No phone number is shown
What to check
- The worker may not have completed profile setup fully
What to do
- Ask the worker/foreman to update the phone number on their profile, or contact them through their company foreman/site contact if needed
The worker isn’t showing as on site
What to check
- They may not be checked in yet, or they checked into a different site
What to do
- Confirm which site they are meant to be on and have them check in again (or have a host check them in if your process allows)
Why this matters
-
Quickly reaching the right person helps resolve safety, compliance, and coordination issues without delaying work
