Approve a Permit Application
New permit applications are submitted with a Pending status until a Site Host reviews them. After approval, the permit status changes based on your site's configuration, typically to Open or On Hold.
What this means

Pending = waiting for host review

Approved = allowed to proceed (status becomes Open or On Hold based on setup)
